Acne is a common skin condition caused by a combination of factors that affect the hair follicles and sebaceous (oil) glands. A buildup of excess oils that clog pores increases acne, hormonal change can also play a part in the cause for acne.

Niacinamide helps protect the skin against the damaging effects of the sun. It reduces blotchiness and evens out skin tone while improving skin texture. Niacinamide helps improves the skin’s natural immunity and boosts collagen production to help reduce visible signs of aging.

Tea tree oil is an excellent skin treatment for oily and acne-prone skin. Tea tree oil has a natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties helping to reduce redness on the skin. Whilst reducing redness is can also unclog pores by decreasing sebum oil production.

Start by cleansing your skin and remove a single patch from the packaging. Place the patch directly onto the spot and wear for a few hours or overnight. Remove the patch but do not rinse, we would also advise not to place the patch on broken skin.

We recommend using the sheet mask twice a week for a month to see results. Cleanse skin, remove mask from packaging, unfold and place on face, wear for 15-20 minutes, remove mask, do not rinse. Excess serum can be applied to neck, décolletage and hands.

Cleanse face. Apply a few drops of Niacinamide 10% + zinc 1% serum to face and neck. Wait for a minute for serum to absorb. For an intensive treatment apply a Skin Republic Niacinamide sheet face mask over serum or follow with a moisturiser. Apply 3x a week, ideally in the evening.
